By creating an account on Grind Rat you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 17 years old to use Grind Rat.
  • You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your university.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use Grind Rat respectfully and in good faith
  • Provide accurate information
  • Avoid harassment, threats, or bullying of any kind
  • Avoid impersonating other people or organizations
  • Avoid any illegal activity

3. Our rights

Grind Rat reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines
  • Ban users from the platform for repeated or serious violations

4. Subscriptions

Grind Rat is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are presented at checkout. On iOS, subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or, where available, from Settings → Billing.

5. No medical advice

Grind Rat promotes healthy habits, fitness, productivity, and positive social connection. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical, mental health, or treatment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Grind Rat a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the app so other users can see it. You are responsible for your content.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Grind Rat is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
