Grind Rat is a community of college students working to become healthier, more disciplined, and more connected. These guidelines exist so everyone has a safe space to show up and grind.
Do
- Encourage your partners and crew
- Support accountability — show up consistently and own your habits
- Respect different backgrounds, beliefs, and goals
- Keep the environment positive and constructive
- Report behavior that crosses the line
Don't
- Harass, threaten, or bully other members
- Share illegal content of any kind
- Spam communities, partners, or groups
- Post explicit sexual content
- Promote dangerous activities, self-harm, or substance abuse
- Impersonate other people, universities, or staff
Reporting and enforcement
Every profile, message, and piece of content in Grind Rat has a report option. You can also block any user from the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Violating these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
